I been asked about the linkage I used on my coupe - I have been playing with them for a while once you figure them out the tuning gets easier - Balance is Key
Awesome, Thanks! I bought a linkage kit from comp cams/inglese. It's setup different than yours. The throttle linkage is on the outside of the drivers side bank, not the center like yours. I think they left a couple pieces out of the kit. I have enough linkage to connect the front carbs on both sides but I'm not able to connect the front carbs to the rear carbs. Do you know what chokes, emulsion tubes, and jets you have in yours? I've had webers on several old porsche 911's I've owed, and did all the maintenance on. I've been wanting to hear your car run for awhile. Here is my fiberglass body 32 coupe with a 392 and webers. I just picked up a original steel body 3w coupe a couple weeks ago. I have another 392 to go in it.
Man that is wicked! I have 4, 45 Dels that I wanted to use, but haven't seen a manifold set up to fit them. After seeing your IDA's I don't think the spacing would be correct anyway. Awesome setup! Never finished
Thanks - guys Mark I will send you my tune-up - just changed it a bit - seems to run great my wife is driving it to the Strangers show today -
Yup DRLA's use a different spacing that 48IDA's do. The DRLA's though, do share the same manifold spacing as the smaller Weber IDF series carbs.
