Technical 396 chev water pump

Is there such a thing as a bbc water pump that has the shaft / pump higher than the usual water pump. I have a model A and want to loose the electric fan but I can't put a fan blade on the existing water pump because the fan blade will be to low down. Thanks

 

Zips, Vintage Air and Snow White produce them for SBC, I've searched and can't locate anything on the interweb, not to say that someone else knows of a manufacturer? Will a high flow pump work, is the radiator up to the task without overheating in traffic? You don't really need to raise the pump, do you? you only need to raise the fan?

I'd see if there's a way to mount another bearing up higher, driven by a belt off the water pump pulley.

 

Squirrel, I will grab some pieces and see if that will work.
