No actually it will be selection will go down. lower production items will be eliminated they will use the 80/20 rule and increase profit by decreasing overhead and increasing efficiency.

Well guys.... the news is true. I actually work for Meguiar's and hold the company dear to my heart and can honestly tell you guys that this is a great outcome and tremendous opportunity for the company. As you guys know, Barry is getting any younger and has no family that can take the company over for him and the time had come. P and G as well as Clorox had both been looking at us but Barry would have no part of this as they would have obviously just shut us down and used us as there own as Clorox did with Armor All. Meguiar's had done a bit of business with 3M in the past and when the news came out that Meguiar's was looking, 3m came running. The good news... 3M has a tremendous amount of respect for Meguiar's and the legacy that Barry has built for his business and our hobby as a whole. Barry will remain President of the company and will be involved more than ever. Believe me when I tell you that we are SURE that 3M has no intentions of shutting us down or really changing us in many way for that matter. We have already seen the amazing resources that are now at our disposle as far as R&D and manufacturing resources. Barry and the company are so excited for the future and what is to come. Car Crazy will soon begin filming new episodes and will be better than ever. I know that Barry is an easy guy to throw the jokes at but I just want you guys to know that Barry is one of the most amazing, passionate people that I have ever met. The guy has such a passion for what he does and for our hobby as a whole, traditional or not. Funny news, it has come to my attention that Barry is getting the bug for a hot rod and was actually looking seriously at a '32 roadster at Barrett Jackson last week.
what the hell is car crazy?? i own a detail shop and 3M is the best stuff there is. period.... meguiars makes a good product too,, i dont think we'll really see any big changes..
More like GoogleM? I can see why you work there! Hahaha, just funnin'! Let's see, another 10 years we'll have 2 or 3 government backed, MEGA corporations that have a stranglehold monopoly on everything.....SWEET. Of course I'm blowing this out of proportion. Right?!...
