    Hi

im sure finding an original 32 3w dash would be difficult (rough condition) is ok

what could I expect to pay for one even if i find one? (Rough idea)

all so what other dashes can i look into searching for that could work, And can be some what deemed period correct?

    Thank you in advance

  2. $1300 for a new one complete with glove box on the auction site right now.
They have also been for sale here in the classifieds for $700 - $1100, both original and repro.

I don't think anything else would be a reasonable fit due to the shape and the way it mounts over the cowl lip. The other 32 dashes are much different.

When I built my 3 window in the early 2000's I used a complete 31/32? Auburn dash and insert which fit without much modification and sold my nice original dash for I believe 1500.00. I assume the price for a nice original has increased over the years?

check out '48 -'52 F1 dashes ... narrowed '48 top pic. narrowed '52 bottom pic...
they are flush/flat with the A pillar then swoop out into the actual dash ...
that is the hardest part of modifying a later dash to fit early cars, pic...
