My friend of the last 35 years 3W Larry has passed this morning. I have been dreading this day of having to report this to you guys for the last several week's. Larry had a lot of friends here on the Hamb which he was so grateful I know he will be missed.
Oh, man, I was just checking the other thread, hoping for some news. I never met Larry in person, but I'll miss having him around here. Sorry for your loss, Mr.Mac. Sent from my iPad using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Oh shit, pardon me but that just sucks. I was hoping for the best but sometimes it just doesn't come. RIP Larry.
Sorry to duplicate the post was working on mine when you put this up sad day in Tulsa. thanks Mr. Mac
As soon as I saw the title I knew. I figured it was coming for a while now, I know from personal experience when you have cancer and they put you on the morphine drip, they don't expect you to recover. When I was in my thirties a girl I was seeing died of cancer, they put her on morphine when they figured it was over...It was really shitty, she was young tall, athletic, blonde and beautiful, had an 8 yr old daughter, not someone you would ever expect to fall victim to cancer. I still sometimes wonder how things turned out for her daughter, she would be in her late 20's now. Poor little child. God speed Larry, RIP. I am really going to miss you. Just wish I had the chance to meet you face to face.
I see there are two threads......It sounded pretty serious, especially when it was mentioned that he was on a morphine drip. Sounds like he went on his own terms, and was surrounded by the people he loved. The whole HAMB community will miss Larry. God Speed..
Oh man that is to bad he will be missed.... my condolences to his friends and family he will be missed.
Larry was one of those guys that made friends easily. Always ready to throw out some BS to get a conversation started. That came across on the net, just as in real life. I'm too quiet for my own good, so he had qualities I admire. Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
