I don't remember any marketing about 4 bolt mains in the engines....

My 2 cents worth the best is the cross bolted FORD blocks . But again for the driving we do , most need nothing but a quality rebuild or production replacement engine to do all we do cruising in our Hot Rods . I have full roller valve train , forged Teflon coated pistons , roller fuel pump eccentric , roller timing chain , does it mean I need or use it no .
