Looking at the thread on 4 banger/gas mileage I thought it might be appropriate to post these pics from a friend's collection that I visited last week. They're all pretty self-explanatory as to what they are, except for these first two, which are pictures of a Roof overhead conversion.
Okay, Since you're twisting my arm, Ill take the Fronty Twin Cam , cuz those Chevrolet Bros made them Fords run real hard!!!!!!!
Thanks for the great pics! Wow! Hey, what is this thing?

I believe this is a Gallivan DOHC head for a Model 'T'. The reason it looks strange is that it hasn't been completely machined yet.
Sorry, was away for the past few days. The collection is unfortunately pretty private because of very real security concerns...There's a lot more to it in the way of cars (with a concentration on early, original Fords) and lots of other cool stuff. The only head that I can't identify is the first red one. The second one is a Rajo...first one might be, too. That Thomas head is pretty cool. The Weiand/Zephyr pieces are NOS. That Harry Ricardo head is in an original T racer...very cool. The block is actually a Miller 151.
There was a coupe with a 4 banger at the local car show last weekend. It looks like it has a head like one in your pics. Here's a pic:
