I'm working on my triangulated 4 link and I just realized my top link is not level. Is this going to be and issue? The brackets are only tacked on so I can knock it back out if need be. Any help is appreciated. ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1445807554.155889.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1445807587.038072.jpg

Thanks for the illustration. I'm speaking more of where the actual link is linked to the rear end. Does that need to be parallel to the floor? The bar itself is sloped slightly down towards the front.

Here is an answer form an engineer at Art Morrison.

"In a plan view, make the UCAs 35 degrees from axle C/L, and angled down about 6 degrees. Aim the LCA (side view) up on the chassis side, no more than 1 degree, about 1/2 degree is preferred."

Yes , it will bind the movement, won't move freely and wear bushings out,

Think of it like alignment on your car, how well do you think it will drive with 2" of toe, and how long will the tires last?

Oh wait, i just realized what you are actually asking. Yes, fix it and make it level, it will bind.

Wait , I'm confused now too .. I see a level on the bar , my eye focused on the bushing bolt being twisted about 10 degree from level.... What the question again?

I was the opposite. I saw the level on the bar and thought he was asking about that. Your answer made me notice the bushing, and made me realize that is what the question was about.

Yes the end of the bar where the bolt go's through should be level or it will be in a bind.
