This is a 40 Chevy coupe project we have been working on. It's been a hot rod for a long time. This time it is going to be powered by a 10:1 455 Pontiac and 4 speed. Hope to put it back on the road soon.
Basically the car was a cheaper model, a business coupe master 85. It was a strait axle car originally, wish it still had that but the previous owner installed the mustang 2 steering. The engine is a 73 model 455 with 70 GTO heads, ram air 4 cam and a '65 GTO tripower. Transmission is a super t 10. Still undecided on the rear end, has a 70s Camaro 10 bolt now. May do a Pontiac 9.3. Also have a 40 Ford coupe so I'm sure we will have to see if the Ford or Chevy is faster.
