Rod, is that a Vega in your pocket, or.... :D

Gary, can't wait to see everything come together. Should be a blast to drive with your new 'race' engine and look great doing it in shiny black!

Congrats on the 'Best Grocery Getter' award at the Omaha World of Wheels.

I wish I had been there for Jeffs award. I missed that Vega leaving, bet it was badass. It probably took him awhile to get going after wiping off all Rods drool.

One more update. Back to the beginning.
Blew the chassis completely apart and ran a DA over the bare frame to clean it up before going back to the paint shop. Got the frame and a small pile of parts for the painter and another pile of parts to be powder coated (mostly all the front end componets). When it comes back this time it'll be ready for final****embly. Gary

yer pile-o-parts looks******in. I can not wait to see this hot rod coupe come together.

Is the body getting close to paint? I know that Tom gets through projects pretty quick.

    Keep the updates coming.....

Thanks Jeff, he screw'd up his knee abit and it has slowed him down a little, but it's still moving along. Might have the frame back next weekend and can start putting it back together.
