    Hey Gary,

I am a friend of Malcolms (Nick) and keep meaning to come out and have a look at the coupe. Just wondering if you could give me more details on what you did to the 283. Heads, cam, boring, etc....

Seeing a car like this really makes me want to dig in and get going on my project. Thanks for the motivation!

Man, how long have I been asleep? This is the first time that I've seen your
new ride.I didn't know that you were working on such a bad coupe. Kongrats
on the successful drive and looking forward to seeing it next year.

    Happy Trails,

    Mick

Gotta love a 40. Black coupe hot rodded out, doesn't get any better. Thanks for sharing the info on the turned dash pieces and the radio kit. Very cool man.

Hope to make it to Jays hamb-a-q, but definetly can't wait to see our two 40's lined up at the drags. Thanks for the comments

Thanks Mick, hope to have it and see you (if not before) at the Starliner next year,

When I started this car all I could remember hearing from the old boys was, "that you could paint a 40 coupe any color you want as long as it's black" Thanks for your comments.

Had a few of the local HAMB folks over last nite for a little garage nite. a send off for the 40 before it goes to the upholstery shop next week. Drank beer swapped a few lies and had a good time. Thanks to all who stopped by. Gary
