Awesome... Looks great, Gary! I hope to make it over this week to check it out. Do you still need my dad to work on that fender, or did Tom take care of it?

It looks like I'll be moving out to your area in the spring. :)

All the coupes with the split-back bench were equipped with "opera" seats and were the business man's friend.
This a a really nice interior.
I think the white shift balls ARE vintage. The later ones are black.

Thanks Gary, a lot of folks probably don't know this but Krylon32 had a big hand in helping me get this car where it is today. Being a good friend and the owner of Cornhusker Rod and Custom he built the new chassis it's riding on. Thanks for all your help. Gary

    ????

Does not have rear seats, it's just all open for storage or napping.

Pleats are 1 1/2" wide and there is a strip of carpet 6" wide running all around the bottom of the pleats including the doors

I definetly want to have your Dad look at it ASAP so let me know when he's in town.
Movin to the hood......... Woo Hoo that should help the property values.

A really nice looking '40! Is that a Manifre (sp) intake you're running?

The intake was already smoothed and polished when I got it so I'm not sure what brand it is, however I do know it is not a manafre. Gary

Great job on your '40 and the interior is perfect. Tuck and roll is the right pattern for your car.

I appreciate the info about your interior. Now all I have to do is print the pictures and show them to my upholstery guy. Should simplify things... :) Mike

Man, that 40 looks great - love the interior and I echo everyone else's sentiments on the car. The entire package makes that car just jump up and talk to you. I'm in to 40s and just love the look trimmed out in mostly stock form. Here's mine and I love your stance!

Wow, beautiful car, congrats on the new interior, I had my 53 Chevy 210 done a few months ago, and it really changed the whole car. Do you have before pictures, so we can see what it was like before the interior?

Wow Gary, you really nailed it this time. I thought you were crazy to sell the roadster, but considering what you ended up with, you knew what you were doing. I really can't wait until this summer when I can see (and hear) it in person.

Yeah I agree it looks very nice, and Andy it looks very similar to yours, I wish I had been a little more imaginative on mine, I just went with red tuck and rolled, I love your two tone.
