Makes me want a "40". Awesome job. When I heard it was out at Sky's shop I was too late to go look at it. Thanks for the pictures. All the complements are well deserved. Gary

Again thanks to all for the overwhelming response . It just helps confirm my feelings that the sixties were a period of timeless style for hot-rods, and***** nothing could be too nice to drive to So. "O" to see the Turds. Gary

WOW! It's amazing how beautiful uphostery really "finishes" a car! Congrats! I can't wait for my black and white tuck n roll in my '40 sedan!

    Good job, Gary!

    You really nailed it...

I`m in the process of getting mine street legal, and driveable...I`ve removed the electric fan, and installed a 5 blade mechanical, working on a charging system, and thinking about an interior...You and Troy [Greazy] are making me feel bad with your
    streetable `60s coupes.

BTW, I recently purchased another `40 deluxe coupe...It`s in the garage, on a rotisserie...The rolling chassis is Chassis Engineering Independant front Torsion Bar, and the rear is CE leaf spings with 68 camaro rear end....I`m now having 2nd thoughts on this chassis cause it`s not traditional...I may use another frame
with stock `40 front axle, and 57 ford rear end.

    NIce job!!!

    Tom

You know Troy, I think your car is perfect. Now I just have to get enough miles on mine to get it to look as good as yours. Gary
