Technical 40 Ford Standard Grill Deflector

    Looks like you pretty much have the pattern right there or take a piece of cardboard and trace out the shape and holes and there you go.

    I made mine for my '40 Standard out of aluminum from the back of a 1958 Dodge school bus seat! Used a scotch brite type disc in a drill to brush finish the surface. Cardboard pattern, then trial and error fitting.

  4. I don't have a full pattern, also I have an old aftermarket grille so it might be slightly different. Ram board and about 1.5 hours.

    Or, get the polished one and engine turn the hell out of it

    that’s just a picture from the interweb I don’t physically have the panel in hand. Was hoping someone had one they could trace for me.
