Any one here put air bags on the front of a 41-48 or 49-54 Chevy? Just wondering how low you could set it. Any pics?

i may be doing my 47 Chevy this summer some time. i have looked at it and it looks pretty straight forward. i plan to look into the dropped uprights as it will help with tire wear and alignment. i'll let ya know if/when i do it.

i don't really have any pics of mine, still in progress, but i bagged the stock front suspension, added 54 spindle uprights for another 3/4", and i basically Zed the frame 2", it gets right down there. also adding some big ***ed sway bars, and gonna run just a f+b setup, no side to side clown car movements for me!

I have some pics of mine done somewhere. Basically, if you took the springs out of it completely, that's how low it would be. Mine was done with stock suspension as well. I would not suggest doing that personally. The crossmember sat about 2 or 3 inches off the ground when down and the rear sat on the axle.
