Anyone fitted the front and rear axles from the later Fords into a '36?

I know their wider but does 1/4" on the front and 1" or so on the back make them completely un-workable?

    Thanks

I don't think that the front would be a problem. I have a '48 in a Model A and it looks fine. The back could be a problem. I have a '35 with the original axel and the tires are close to the fenders. It may fit but be tight.

  3. In front you will have to use a 37-40 wishbone and front spring. In back, you may need to adjust your wheel back spacing.
