I have a 1977-1979 caddy 425ci engine. I want to attach a four speed standard transmission to this engine. Does anybody know what parts will interchange with the 425(transmission, bell housing, fly wheel, etc). any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The flywheel will have to come from a spe******t, such as Cadillac Motorsports, but any B-O-P pattern stick bell housing should bolt up to the block. Just make sure it's got the starter bulge on the correct side for your engine, since some housings came with a bulge on just one side. Most of them are universal and have a bulge on both sides.
