Ha-Ha that's me in the pic showing the bald head. Pic was taken by my son as the 455 went into his 55 Olds. PM flatoz on here and I will tell him to get on the HAMB- he's not on here often now.

cooool...i was showing two guys that are gonna help me put my 455 in my 56 olds and they said damn the way they did that mount was clean and nice...i was wondering where he got the top round rubber discs and metal cups.. they also wanted to see if there was rear mounts and what they looked like and the trans mounts...so if he has any pics or could take some they would love them..and if ya take pics if you can put a measure tape up by them they can get a size to from it...very impressed.....thanks

I'll do a thread on it for you. Dad sent me the link to this, so feel free to pm me any questions you have , I can put the car on the hoist late this week and take measurements for you if you like, just let me know what you want.

    cheers.

  5. The rubber mounts look like Ford Flatties.

I did a 455 in my 57 but I also had a Camero clip. With the stock suspension the 455 exhaust manifolds are right on the steering box.
