I need some help. Thanks to some adventure in towing with my wife, the front rollpan on my 46 Ford couple has gotten torn up. I have searched all over the internet looking for a replacement but with no luck. I am hoping someone here can point me where I could get another one. Thank you, ken

Roll pan? Or gravel pan? Gravel goes between the bumper and grille.

I am looking for a front rollpan. This car has no front bumper. I know Drake has a gravel pan but that is not what I need for this car. Thank you, ken

I am still looking for a front roll pan for my 46 Ford Coupe. There must be some out there somewhere as I see pictures of 46-48 Fords that have them. Sure would appreciate someone pointing me to where I can find one. Thank you, ken

I've got a 46, are you talking about a rolled pan someone fabricated to clean up the front end once the bumper was removed ? If that is the case, you are probably going to be doing the same thing out of 18-20 ga sheet metal. That isn't something you get off the rack.

Yes, it is the part that you describe. Thank you for the response though it is not what I was hoping to see. ken

Kenny's Rod and Kustom may have what you are looking for. Their number is (330) 872-1932. Steve

I used to make these in fibergl*** when I had Fairlane Co. They are a copy of the 1942 to 1946 stock Ford part. Kenny's was a dealer of mine, so try him in case he has one around. I have the mold for it but no longer have a shop to make them in. The mold can be bought.

Put a gravel pan and bumper back on it makes it look a whole lot better in my opinion.

I've been looking as well, and apparently this part did exsist stock from the factory, but they are very rare. Here are some pics I've scrounged up. The second one was filled in.

I made them stock with the bumper cutout and filled like the one shown.

When I bought my '46 there was damage to the front gravel and roll pan. I banged the gravel pan back into shape but had to fabricate the roll pan out of 18 gauge steel because they are as rare as a football bat! Good luck finding one in any condition..
