Technical '46 Ford brakes

I need to know if the REAR brake shoes on a ''48 sedan is the same ones used on the front? I got a free set today. I need them to go on the REAR.

 

Yes. 51A-2019 short shoe and 51A-2018 long shoe 46-48 pas. Front and rear.

You need to put the pins in for your emergency brakes. The pins go in the holes in the brake shoes. They are in front or rear shoes. The pins go in the back shoes. Maybe someone can post a picture to show you where they are located.

 

Didn't feel like going out to garage to take a picture of the real thing and the book was handy.
