ok guys, i'm looking for help. after installing front discs, i decided to bag it. the front control arms have a rod attached to them. tech term is steering knuckle support. are these needed or can i attach the shocks here. current location of shock is stock and pretty much doesn't do anything. any help would be appreciated.....

Mr. Street Rod (if still open) , Butch's Cool Stuff, maybe others, have shock relocation kits.
