Projects 47 Ford Delivery Van

I posted this thread earlier but lost it. I remember someone telling me many body parts are interchangeable between a 40 and 47 Ford. Can anyone confirm or deny?

 

All depends on the parts, a delivery van is truck based, half ton 40's were only sharded with 41's. When you get to 42 and beyond the frames will be the same. Grills different 40-47 dashes the same, doors 42-47 same, rear doors, depend on coach builder, rear ends depend on vehicle size 1/2 ton 3/4 ton. And it goes on
