Letgo. An even better place to get scammed than CL. Also, requires account to view, and view is tied to your location... so someone not in that area can't easily see it.

 

Yep, more reasons to NOT use it than any possible benefit from using it.

 

To answer the OP, yes it's an attempt at custom work, looks kinda like a '58 Chevy grill and perhaps headlights, hard to say from the picture. If I were you I wouldn't worry too much more about it.
