Let me try and be more clear.
I need good, as in rebuilt, remanufactured or nos window regulators. Junk yard ones will be the same as what I already have "worn out"

Unfortunately, Roy doesn't have one for a 2 door.
Any other sources for nos, rebuilt or remann'd ?

you might post a picture of the regulator you need to replace (I****ume the one you have is broken), there are folks on here that fix everything but a broken heart:) I****ume yours is complete just operates poorly or not at all?

It is very badly worn but still works somewhat and is still in the car. Not pulling it out until I have a replacement.

I have a NOS, maybe 2 of them but dont remember exactly which door they fit. The only part that wears out is the handle and small gear. I guess they still sell rebuild kits,

  12. I got NOS window regs and door latch mechanisms for the '38 Ford pickup from Obsolete Ford Parts down at Nashville GA. At one time they had a boatload of window regs and latch mechanisms. He went all over the southeast to Ford dealers that had been in the same building since the beginning of time and bought up whatever old parts stock they had.

Thanks, his oldest car parts are 1949. One year off from my needs.
