Customs 49-50 chevy one peice bumpers, can ya still get em?

My friend just picked up a 50 chevy fleetline and was asking about one piece chrome bumpers. Does anyone sell them still? I searched some and didnt really find much? Does anyone make them totally smooth with no bolt holes?

Are the 51-52 chevy bumpers the same as the 49-50 chevy?

Seen them at Bob's and StreetRodHQ/Chev's of the 40's ... also from various vendors advertising in R&C/Street Rodder .... prices seem to be from $350-$475 or thereabouts.

49-52 bumpers are all the same.

I don't think anyone makes them without bolt holes.

 

Chevs of the 40s has them for about 325 each. I bought a recromed pair at the Pate Swap meet this year from a couple of guys from southern Cal. 550 for the pair.

 

Has anyone used the 1 piece bumpers from chevys of the 40's are they anygood?

 

Just got a set shipped in last week for a 50 I'm working on. Made in China but surprisingly straight. No ripples in the bumpers and the chrome is smooth. Definitely not show chrome but better than I expected for $325.00
