Customs 49-51 shoebox steering

anybody out there that knows of a list of steering boxes power or not that will fit a shoebox. its alittle sloppy and wouldn't mind an upgrade. thanks.

Did you check the HAMB 52-59 Ford Social Forum? There is a FAQ post with many parts that work well on our Fords. I don't remember if there is a steering box reference there but it is worth a look.

Have you tried adjusting the box. Made a big difference when I adjusted mine. Still drives like an old car but it was Free.
