Would 49-54 Pontiac front hub or something else with a 5x5 bolt pattern fit a 49-54 Chevy car spindle? I have some old mags I would like to use on my T-Bucket I'm building, thanks.

If you were willing to go to disk brakes there is a GM car hub that I know is used on conversion kits that I think Speedway also sells in a 5 on 5" for the stock car applications.

  3. Google says inner bearing the same. Many years use same outer. Might work

    53 and 54 are the same . 49 to 52 used different brakes . none were 5x5

    53 ,54 Chevy is 5" x 4"3/4 lug.

  6. Parts listing shows same inner & outer wheel bearings along with the seal; but if I remember right Pontiacs had bigger brakes so could be an issue.

Probably be better off drilling your Chev hubs and drums to 5 on 5.

    I think you meant 5 lug x 4.75" pattern?
