49 buick shocks

  1. I've heard that using 80 wheight oil works in lever action shocks, but the best is upgrade or front clip. Good luck, Rags

    heaver the better with the oil when she going to be sitting on the ground?

    Apple Hydraulics told me they use AW46 Hydraulic oil in their shocks when they rebuild them.

    SG Leslie and sons in Mologa Rd West Heidelberg.

    They did the shocks on a mate's '53. Not sure how similar they are but these guys will do a bit of everything.
