Technical 49 Chevy drag link help

    Hey guys.

    I bought a new drag link / center link... Whatever you wanna call it on these type of suspensions.

    The original one had a bend in it while the replacement is straight.

    They appear to be the same overallocation length. I ***ume the bend is for ground clearance. My car won't be lowered, so does anybody see any problem with this one?

    Parts are from kanter.

    the bent one is bent. they should be straight

    Looks like the overall distance is the same though. Interesting...

    I'm thinking the new one will be just fine.

    As he said they are supposed to be straight. A bent one can be bent more if you hit a chug hole
