i dont like you your too good, the hood is way, awsome use of traditional parts to give those subtle and radical great looks
That's amazing work! Like it's been said on here before, customs are alive and well....they're just being worked on....and worked on....and worked on....
Its all been said, but I just had to say this is gonna be an 'important' car. Just in the way masters make things look easy, this is going to be one of those perfectly executed cars that make you stare for hours. Thanks for sharing and inspiring
I agree. Keep up the great work ethic you've got going and it will become historical, possibly. You've got a great eye for style and obviously the talent to bring to the car. 'Art', I think they call it. 'Poetry in motion', once it's rollin' down the road. db
Bass, Very sweet looking ride, some great work all around. Keep the photo's coming. What color will it be painted? Good luck............. Cruiser
I made some more progress over the past week, so I'll just add a little more to this thread. The hood is just about done now, and I've gotten the front fenders trimmed and the grille surround tacked in place. Mating the two hoods together is a lot of work....but I think the results are worth it. The grille surround looks like it belongs now. The front bumper and brackets will be next...the Merc bumper needs to be narrowed in the center and shortened slightly at the ends. As for color, it hasn't been decided just yet. I'm leaning towards a particular shade, but the final decision will of course be up to Dudley. I trying to get Goodguys to let me bring it to their 'Lonestar' show next weekend in Fort Worth, but I'm not having much luck. It will be there, but it may be relegated to the swap meet.
it's hard, being hard ! and you are one of the hardest ! that car looks f--in' killer .i can't wait to see it in person .
