Sweeeeeet! 49-50 chevys rock!!! !st bit of advice..... Get on ebay and get yourself a service manual, pronto. Take it apart and put it in a big 3 ring binder. Here is an online 49-54 service manual to get you by. If it needs front brake work..... 51-54 brakes stop better, parts are easier to find and cheeeper, and its a bolt on upgrade. Most important parts to get off the donor car are the spacers and backing plates. Search is your friend. Have fun!
