I love to see cars in this stage and you're kicking **** on this one. In your post 102 & 103 there's a dip in the fender line. Was that by desing? Keep up the good work man.

[IMG]ok i had to take the car out and turn it around so i can get the other back fender tacked together,so i figured id take some better pics, now im wondering if a stretched the rear fender too much.

[IMG]. its so hard to know what the whole thing's gonna look like until you get the whole thing mocked up.so maybe i'll just leave everything tacked together and work my way around the car.it wouldnt be hard to shorten the stretch if it dont look right when its all said and done

I think you should give a quick rattle can color to the extended rear fender cause as it is now its difficult to see if it works because of the 2 diff. colors there.
i think the wheel needs to be centrered in the fender so if it aint you know how much to cut out of the extended part. but this is just my 0.2
Keep the hacksaw hackin dude! :)

  27. I personally think its lookin pretty good so far. I wouldnt shorten the rear fender, but i dont know how much I would stretch the front one. if anything I would suggest just making it slightly fatter and keep it blending in. just my .02

yeah,i agree about the color dif makin it hard to judge, but i was lookin at it today, and im gonna stretch the back of the rear fenders somehow, think cadzilla ish,but not like that exactly.but it should even it out.it seems like lead sleds are kinda over the top as kind of a general rule,so im gonna keep doin what im doin, just maybe roll it outside to look at it a little more often.the rear axle isnt mounted yet so i.ll center it in the wheelwell, just so you know..ok,i got some pics to load in the next couple minutes.
oh yeah, has anyone turboed a rocket motor,i was kinda thinkin about twin turbo's but that might be a bad idea,im better at metal work than engine building
