Technical 49 dodge and plymouth

Does anyone know if the fenders interchange on a 49 dodge business coupe and a plymouth business coupe? What other parts are the same/different

 

Front fenders are not the same.

 

Is the cab portion the same, fire wall back?

 

I did not to find any of the same part numbers used between the two in the Body and Frame book. The Dodge has a longer wheelbase which I believe is front of the firewall perhaps some of the body sheet metal will work.

 

The Dodges have close to or the same wheel base as a Chrysler or Desoto and the extra length is in front of the firewall.
