I had just finished rebuilding my front-end on my 49 ford f1. kingpins, bushings Tie rod ends and spring bushings and spring shackles. I assemble it all on my work bench tightened down springs on Axel, then slid it under front and pushed the springs up into the rear hangers, the pins would not go all the way threw? off about an 1/8" it seems that it is tweaked to one side. Should of I installed the springs first then bolt the I-Beam on? or is something out of whack? any suggestion's Thanks.

Loosen the U-Bolts so you can wiggle the springs to line things up. Once the springs are installed, go back and tighten the U-Bolts.
