Sounds like a good plan... Some wiring and do***entation will put minimal strain on that new bionic ankle... Are you DIYing a harness?

Bionic ankle . Yes I’ll be partially doing a DIY harness, the ecu came with a flying lead harness, same for the tcu. But lots of other stuff will require DIY action, and I think do***enting that might not be a bad idea

Well just on 12 months ago since I smashed my left ankle but I can walk again almost normally. So, progress on the COE has been minimal at best, but gaining momentum again now.
Thought I could give up motorcycles but turns out I couldn’t so I went and bought me a brand new Indian scout.
Still waiting on my rear fenders but I believe there has been a start made recently, good news indeed.
Sorry for the long wait for an update, but, better late than never

I know I should have been more diligent BUT, after FOUR years of waiting for the so called engine builder I finally called it quits with him and collected my now dis***embled engine. All he had done in that time was polish the crank.
I should have been far more pushy but I wasn’t in a big hurry initially, now I am.
Good news is I have found another guy, semi retired, who has agreed to take on my engine and knows Toyota v8 s very well.
I have been busy rust repairing and repainting a friends car, almost done now, then back on my COE. It’s almost down to a bare frame at the moment preparing for minor finish welding then final re***embly.
I’m hoping 2025 is the year this thing is finally finished.

Glad to hear you've found a guy. Farming out work can be such a hit-or-miss process...

That’s exactly why I try and do most things myself
