See an ISCA sticker on the back window, any historians out there? Lots of cool features on that truck!

  2. Hard to nail down.
The nailhead and no subframe graft seems odd to me if it was built like this in the 70s/early 80s. I wonder if the engine and channel happens earlier then the rest followed later.
    Who knows.
I’m asking a couple local guys about the truck. No luck so far

I looked through the show car dreams book also. Nothing on the truck but a couple of pictures of @lurker mick 73CBA33F-33D8-49CF-A758-2E40FAA14731.jpeg EFFBB643-1930-4C54-85DE-2EBA0411D6BD.jpeg 9A3F8F80-FCEB-496E-83A5-B96814C29C9B.jpeg

Cool find Anthony! It speaks to me in a custom van shop, disco, early fack style. Unfortunately, I understand every word.

Man, that truck is great! The builder bought the entire Cal Custom set, steering wheel, door handles, window cranks and pedal covers! Groovy!
I have a set of gauges & pods like the overhead ones. Cannot remember seeing others till now.

If I take out the kitchen wall, and open up the living room, and reinforce the floor............
I'd love to have that truck, but no place to put it.
    Keep us informed, Anthony.

  8. Still sporting its original column. Seems odd if all this was done during the gm tilt column being a must have era.

Is it for sale? Someone needs to put it back on the road.

  14. That gauge cluster looks like early to mid 60s ford truck

Little bit of a travel but I would be interested.

  18. I'd clean up a few details and probably go with a more 'trad' interior, but the body work would stay the same. The right paint treatment would make this truck....

  19. That interior is dang near perfect

  20. The more you show the better it gets!

  21. I’m my opinion it would be a crime to change the interior.

  22. It's a cool-looking interior but it screams '70s to me....

  23. There’s a pic from 80 with the truck in what looks like its current version.
So I guess that interior is 70s.
Would like to know the earlier version of the trucks history.

caddy tail lights. Channeled. Sectioned cab and hood. Looks like it has the odd scoop on the roof. Lake pipes in the running boards.
    Dash mods?

Dash seems like it's based on the top panel of a '55 DeSoto dash, that top sheetmetal piece unbolts separately from the dash frame on the DeSoto. I really like the look of it.
