Well the time has come. I've been talking w a customer for some time about giving his Merc hair cut with sleek lines for a few months and finally started to make it happen. We're going for modest and mild. 2" chop, lay the rear window forward and re shape the rear door roof line to resemble a 2 door. Enjoy.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Glad to see someone using a little restraint. Seems like a lot of guys now days think if 4" is good 6" is better . I like the flow and lines your achieving . Also like the extra effort in the rear quarter window frames. Very nice . will be following along . Needless to say, chopped Mercs are my favorite. Larry

Well finally getting back to it. Laid out and built rear sail panels today. Built front door tops earlier this week.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Nice looking restrained chop. Kudos for the extra attention to the back door tops!

Very Kool, I've not seen a mild chop on a four door. Looking forward to watching your progress.
