This is a 4L60e transmission just pulled out of my running/driving 2wd 1993 S10 - removed for a swap to a manual transmission - this is the electronic version of the 700r4/4L60. It was behind a 4.3 so it shares the same bell housing bolt pattern as an SBC/BBC. It was rebuilt in the past with unknown miles since - the fluid is bright red. This trans does NOT use a tv cable. Using it in a hotrod requires a standalone controller (not included) - there are inexpensive versions that require you to shift and lock the converter manually OR more expensive versions that retain all automatic functions - some engine management systems also include trans control. It includes the converter, dipstick and inspection cover.
