This year we're heading out to Union IL to the Illinois Railway Museum. The museum looks really cool, and it's always a blast to get out on some country roads in your hot rod instead of baking in a lawn chair behind it in an asphalt parking lot. Last year was a blast. Hope to see you there! Sunday, July 13th Pics from last year's Open Wheel Reunion We're are also having our Open House and Summer Garage Days on Sunday August 17...
That was one really cool museum... Thanks for the invite! Saw your cars... so Zenor and I had our cars delivered right in front of you so that it looked as if we drove them!!! Then when you guys weren't looking... we had them hauled back to the bunkers! Sorry we didn't catch up with you in building 9... and sorry we missed the "Special Guest"!!! We're just "Sorry about everything these days... Hahaha...! By the way... "Who was the guest"???
Yeah, you guys must not have stayed long. Was supposed to be Kinnan from Hot Rod, but he didn't end up flying in unfortunately. Thanks to everyone who came out! Here are the pics.
It's hard to fathom the size of this Locomotive... 975,000 pounds of prehistoric Gothic Iron...! I wish there was a Modern engine beside it to show the size differences! WOW!!!
We had a great time it was a beautiful day for cruise in the old car. It was un-believable the amount of iron in those old locomotives. Could you imagine riding inside one of them at full speed... Thanks Kevin for your knowledge of the steam engines you had to share with us, there is so much information to be learned form these old machines. The day has p***ed and forever locked in our mind to reflect back on when ever we need it. Pistnbroke a.k.a... Red
