adding ac to an old truck with a gmc 302 in it. I need the 5/8" pulley to put on the Sanden style compressor same as what the flatheads use I think. I see where you can get the entire compressor with the wide pulley, but I already have a new compressor. Where can I get just the pulley?

  2. do you have a second pulley for the crank? if not I would add a 1/2" pulley to the crank pulley and run a 1/2" belt for just the compressor.

I'm replacing an existing air unit. The crank has 3 grooves all the big size. This truck is running a compressor, power steering pump, and alt. All custom brackets. Compressor runs on the center one and I'd like to just leave it the setup and size it is.

Replacement parts for these are sold. I see most of the clutches.

I have not yet found the wide belt one. I will keep digging.

It does not appear to be in the catalog.

I would call Vintage Air and ask them: 1-800-862-6658

They sell the 508 (SD5H14) with that pulley, maybe they know.

About $145-170 for the whole clutch.

Also appears under an OEM part number: SFD013761

After all that searching I decided to try something tonight. The clutch kit was gonna be almost $200 after tax and shipping. I’ve got a lathe but have only used it once. I decided to try my luck.
