Looks to be mag lug with washer.
Some had washer made to lug nut
Shanked & Non shanked , but with washer .
    Bore look's flat . No concave/taper
What are the going on ?
What size in stud bore size
That will also tell you if it takes a shanked mag lug

There are no thread scars inside the hole, so it’s got to be a shanked lug nut.

That wheel will use the shanked lug on the left in your photo, I would try and find them local so you can get the right length and a nice heavy washer but you have to find a washer to fit in the recess of the wheel.

Getting the right length shank nut can be fun....you need to know the thickness of the wheel at the hole. Then get a nut with a shank that's a little bit shorter, but not too much shorter. Like, between 1/16" and 1/4" shorter. Be sure to consider the washer thickness, too.

Check when you get them, that the shank does not quite reach the back side of the wheel, or the nut will bottom out and it won't hold the wheel on.

Get the correct thread, too. 7/16" for most older Chevys, 1/2" for most Fords and Mopars.

If you look at a Cragar SS center hole washer those are nice they are 3/16 of an inch thick, but they may not fit the recess. There are several ways to make the washer set up work, I am not a fan of the thin washers myself.
