My current old SW has 4 wires, original instructions read:
    red-coil
    black-body ground
    black-dash lighting
    green-battery ground

That works fine, but this other tach looks cooler.

After some online searching Im thinking:
    red-fuse block power
    yellow-dash lighting
    black-battery ground
    green-coil
    grey-body ground

Does this sound like it would work?

It might work that way,but it would be easy to test the lighting system with a 9volt battery. Its how I do mine when I otherwise don't know.I have a tach in my roadster that use two ground wires one for the unit and the other for the light. any way that is how I figured that one out.Usually the wiring is kind of universal. Red-12v ign. Black -ground, green coil neg. white lamp. with some minor differences between mfgrs.
