Hot Rods 5 x 5 1/2 bolt pattern disc brakes?

    Has anybody used the ones speedway sells for the early ford spindles? or knows the bearing and seal number ? Thanks,Mel

    my buddy had that kit on his old truck....i do know he used different steering arms than recommended:rolleyes:....which caused more work than needed....:D

    I don't know anyone that has used the Speedway kits, but Superbell and Magnum both make kits for 5.5 bolt pattern. Have used both and they are both good kits.
     
  4. Speedways kit states you cannot run wire wheels or that the wheels have to have been made for discs. My question has been can't you just use wheel spacers and longer studs to make the OG wire wheels work? What about the Magnum and Superbell units? Can 1930 wire wheels be used on these units?-Weeks

    I got the numbers written down somewhere if only I could find them:eek:

    OTOH - if you give Speedway a jingle - they'll tell you ALL the numbers - they did the last time I called - I was kinda surprised.
