What are you gonna do for the grille? Are you planning on running the exhaust through the bumper, and are you going to do something on each side of the rear bumper?
Got an Idea for a floating grill just trying to find parts, and yes exhaust is gonna run through the bumper as for the sides of the bumper stay tuned lol going to be working on that tonight. I'm planing on using the bumperettes off the back bumper as the filler.
Very impressive, the proportions are right on. I haven't made up my mind if I'm diggin' the decklid yet, but everything else just goes together perfectly. Not that I don't like the decklid, but it just seems to be the only thing that's hangin' me up for some reason, so no offense I hope.

You should so close the stock taillight holes and put your lights in the bumper! That would be perfect. Just my 2 cents! Klaus

Fantastic job! Looks perfect, you've a good eye for proportion and style. I had to laugh at the first set of photos, I'll bet it smells better now too! I like your scrounge it, use it, make it fit philosophy. The gas tank was a great idea. Reminded me of my '41 Chev, I used a Caprice tank, from the donor. Folded the flange down flat, set it on the perimeter of the opening in the (new, it was as rusty as yours) floor, and used the top of the tank as the trunk floor. Worked great, although it made a "bump" in the center.
Please only take this as constructive criticism as I am in NO WAY bagging your work, in fact, I think you perform great work in a short period of time, PERIOD. Your rear section looks like it needs to be raised to match the flow of the car when viewing from the side and it looks as if it is sloping away too fast at the rear. I can understand if you don't want to trim the front to match the back because I personally think the front looks perfect. Apart from the side view, I love it man. Keep going!
heres a photoshoped version of what i think he means. i unsectioned the rear quarters with a taper a little bit and i also unsectioned the decklid a little to flow with the quarters. i think its gives the car a longer and lower appearance. U got a great looking car, and u do amazing work, Im just putting in my 2 cents just cause everyones got different opinion and ideas. im not knockin on your car or skills by any way.
Although my first inclination was to see taillights go in the bumper, I quickly changed my tune when I imagined flames blasting out of that area Also, you may or may not like this idea: Lower the holes for the taillights and put in '50 pontiacs. That's my 1 cent--I'm so damn broke, I can't give ya 2.
