Couldn't help but make an observation on your "crew". Seems to be the same crew I have helping me out. If you notice the group shot there is only one person holding a tool while "everyone" else is holding a beverage. I'm just glad to know it doesn't only happen to me.
Thanks guys.I'm hoping to roll it outside again this weekend when the weather clears up,and get a better look at it. Fuzzy
Getting better and better. Such great flow. Keep up the great work and keep the updates coming. So cool.
Here's another update on the Dodge.I finished all the welding on the roof, sandblasted them, and lightly blasted the rear section again after it developed some surface rust.I epoxy primed everything, and a light coat of Ever-Gl*** on the welds, and then started on the rest of the mud work.Sanding ****S and my garage is officially trashed.I just have to keep the end result in sight and it will all be worth it. Thanks guys. For an ugly-duckling,I'm likin' it more and more, especially as the work progresses.I may not be fast, but I just want to make sure it is done right the first time. Fuzz
Thanks guys.I've decided to hold up on the mud and paint work for the winter. It would really kill my heating budget for next year if I kept the shop around 70 for the rest of the winter.I will concentrate on the engine mounts, trans x- member, brakes, and plenty of other work til the weather warms up again. Sorry for diggin up an old thread, but was curious if the car got finished, still in progress,....? What is the current status? Looks like it was headed in a great direction.
