50 Merc Dash Bezel

I need help removing the dash bezel in my 50 Merc. I have removed all screws top and bottom, levers, knobs and retaining nuts but bezel wont budge. Am I missing something ? This insert can be removed right. I dont want to remove the entire dash I just want to get inside so I can tidy up wiring etc.
