This is my 50 Stude pickup I picked up several yrs ago and we are finally doing the bodywork on the cab at the Strange days shop.

This is how it looked from the ebay add when I got it. An old farm truck. the pic does not show it but about the bottom 4 inches of the doors were rusted out along with some of the bottom back of the cab and both corners along with not one but two holes for gas fillers, plus the top was a ripply mess.

One of the gas filler holes we had to fill.

    Door repair.

Where we are at now, Most of the cab work is done. We will finish this up, fit the doors then move on to the fenders.

Love the Studeys, have the makings of two 1/2 tons, in the planning stages and gathering more parts. Patch panels are available

Yes you can get patch panels for all the rust we replaced, but we like to do things the hard way kind of as a learning experience. We learned alot and it turned out pretty good also.
