I haven't seen too many things funnier than Clint's face when he flipped that switch. I told him I thought it was for the interior lights but then there was a slight flicker from the package tray. Then came the purple neon in all its glory doing it's best Aurora Borealis impression! The hula girl wiggling around bathed in that beautiful purple glow the reflection of "The Rebel" and Little James Deans profile projected onto the headliner. All this I saw in about 0.17 seconds!! Clint flipped that switch off faster than a stripper pulling twenties out of your wallet! You're right Bob I was on the floor!

All kidding aside...with all that tacky add-on ****, it scares me to think of how much bad bodywork MIGHT be in that car as well...is it reletively solid at least? If it's from Washington, hopefully you have a good "core" to work with.
I like the overspray on the rubber parts hanging off the door-bottoms and on the under-dash components. You might find some chicken wire stapled to firring strips with bondo smeared over them for the rockers by the looks of the rest of the car...BADBOB...I wish I was still out there! LOL....

5051's a great friend.He's bailed me out more than once. If you can't get kicked in the nuts by a friend,than who? We rode him good,and he took it all with a smile. He'll give that car a makeover and then we'll all eat "rebel"chicken. And **** D...i agree.

 

I lowered my buddies '91 Olds wagon. While he was getting the front springs,I removed some of the letters on the side of the car,and turned CUSTOM CRUISER into TOM CRUISE. He didn't notice for a week. I laughed my *** off!
