Technical '51 Chev 3100 shift linkage

    Anyone got a manual for these trucks that could post a pic of the proper position and layout of the bell housing bell crank and rods. It is a 3 speed column shift of course.

    I did away with the bell crank with rods that I threaded and attached to Heim joints directly. That bell crank gets wallowed out over time, eliminating that solves a lot of stuck situations.

    Ah, thought so. Pics confirm my friend has the bell reversed. Many thanks for the pics and the input guys
