51 chevy Drivers Side Window Replacement...Help Please.

I am replacing cracked windows on my 51'. In the front do I pull the vent window first? Any tricks? How about the rear window? Thanks.

 

Pull the vent first.Then the door gl*** will tilt and come right. After you remove the four little screws that hold to the channel on the regulator. 2dr 1/4 gl*** will require the regulator come loose first. Then work the gl*** of the guides. very straight foward.
